Oil pulling sachets are fast becoming THE teeth whitening trend to try, we're still undecided.

We love a good teeth whitening trick, but swilling oil around in our mouths for 10 to 20 minutes is just one of those trends that stumps us. Who has the time? And isn't it a bit gross? That being said if Penneys is on board we'll have to give it a go. For those of you who don't know what we're on about: oil pulling is an ancient dental technique that involves swishing oil, usually coconut, olive (ewwwww) or sesame oil, around in your mouth for a period of time. It's meant to draw out toxins from the body, primarily to improve oral health but also to improve your overall health. All you have to do is pop over to Instagram to see the impact this trend is having. With over 30,000 posts on oil pulling alone it looks like this fad is staying put.
