People are very, very worried that Rihanna is bringing back this beauty trend
"We cannot go back to the dark ages."
In case you haven't seen it, Rihanna is the cover star of the September issue for British Vogue - and she looks absolutely stunning.
But there's one part of it all that is really stressing fans of the 30-year-old singer out - and we can't blame them, to be honest.
For the photoshoot, the Ocean's 8 actress was sporting a much, much more thinned out brow. In fact, it was razor thin.
Initially, it appeared as if the singer had actually shaved off her brows and had some mega-thin ones drawn back on.
But, thankfully, she didn't appear to take a razor to her brows - British Vogue released video of her talking to editor Edward Enninful with a much fuller-looking brow.
The look on the cover appears to be down to using some makeup to cover them up, then a bit of photo-editing magic.
She hinted, though, that she may give pencil-thin brows a go again as she told Enninful they were "just beautiful, very ladylike - but still punk."
Anyways, fans have becoming worried that the singer's influence may be what brings the 90's trend back - with one person declaring "we cannot go back to those dark times."
I respect and love Rihanna forever but I can never go back to skinny eyebrows. I can't, I just cannot.

Saw that Rihanna is making skinny eyebrows come back and usually I will do anything Rihanna tells me to do but I’m sorry to announce that skinny eyebrows will NOT be making a comeback for me. it took my eyebrows like 10 years to grow back from the last massacre so I’ll be DAMMED

So Rihanna is on the cover of Vogue with skinny eyebrows. We made this mistake in the early 2000s. I love you @rihanna but we cannot go back to the dark ages.

If Rihanna makes those eyebrows a trend then I give up on y’all

Make-up artist Isamaya French, who was behind Rihanna's divisive look for the photoshoot, told British Vogue that we may actually be seeing a return of the pencil-thin brow after all.
She explained:
“I think more and more people are becoming pros at eyebrow blocking, and changing your eyebrow shape always has a dramatic effect on your face so... probably [it will be back]!”
Uh oh.
