Alternatively, you could give 'Reverse the Routine' a go.
Coined as the new way to wash your hair, TRESemmé has introduced a Pre-Wash conditioner which you apply to your hair before shampooing. It removes residue and adds volume, ideal if you're planning big bouncy locks.
Eat well
Obviously, eating well is recommended all the time but to give your hair added nourishment, stock up on these foods.
Iron is key for growth so up your intake of leafy greens, wholegrains, and red meat. Protein promotes cell regeneration which helps achieve healthy hair so make sure you're getting your fill of fish, chicken, and eggs.
Almonds, when eaten in moderation, are a great snack source as they restore melanin and nourish your hair.
Oil it up
Hair oil is having a moment at present and the best thing is, it's probably sitting at home in your kitchen press.
