The eyebrow obsession shows no sign of waning and apparently, there's a very specific reason why we're all so obsessed with getting the perfect arch. From YouTube and Instagram tutorials to new brow fillers and gels, we can't help but stare in fascination as sparse hairs transform into bold beautiful brows. Spotted on Glamour, assistant professor of psychology at the University of Florida, A.J. Marsden is of the opinion that watching the "repetitive motion of brow how-tos can be soothing and have a positive effect on our mood". This has to do with the fact that tutorials are often short and snappy and people like feeling that you can get that dramatic pay-off with such a short space of time. Chatting about the phenomenon, blogger Huda Kattan said that getting your brows can have a transformative effect.
