The Latest Contouring Method Is Bonkers Altogether

We haven't heard of this one!

Remember clown contouring? And baking? And colour correcting in place of contouring?

As if all those techniques weren’t enough, there’s now ANOTHER way to change up your contouring game.

Huda Kattan, a prolific beauty blogger based in Dubai, believes that the key to contouring perfection is using sellotape.

She took to Instagram to share a short video showing her technique and although it’s a bit of a mad idea, the concept behind it is pretty simple.

Contouring is all about mixing dark and light shades to accentuate your cheekbones and other parts of your face.

To follow Huda’s method, you use sellotape as a guideline for areas where you want to apply darker foundation.

Once this step is finished, remove the sellotape, add some highlighter and as always, blending is KEY.

We’re definitely a little sceptical but come Saturday night, we’ll have to give it a go…
