From curling your hair with a pencil to plumping your lips with wasabi, there have been a few ridiculous beauty notions of late.
The latest one might just take the biscuit though for beauty vloggers and bloggers are recommending using padded bra inserts to apply foundation.
You're probably thinking 'WHY???' - apparently, the silicone bra inserts work well for base application because they're good for blending and unlike other beauty tools, they don't soak up the product.
There's also another advantage to using the silicone inserts and this one would actually inspire me to try it - they're SO easy to clean.
Instead of having to go to great lengths to properly clean your brushes and sponges, the inserts can be quickly wiped clean.
Huda Kattan, one of the beauty industry's biggest vlogging sensations, was one of the first to try it and thanks to #hudamademedoit, others followed suit.
