Refinery 29 and explained why you should always avoiding plucking hairs from the “outer thirds of the brows”.
The reason why is pretty straigtforward with Streicher explaining that "Brow-hair loss often causes hair to stop growing from the ends first, so make sure you are not over-tweezing those areas at any time”.
