"The overall objective is to fill in the sparse areas, not to fill in the entire brow. "I'll comb through the brows and wherever I see a little gap I'll just fill, but I won't fill in the entire eyebrow because that's when you get a more drawn-in effect".However, if you take it slowly and just concentrate on filling in the areas of the brow that are sparse, you should see a significant difference in your brows. It takes a little while to get the hang of but as the age-old adage goes, practice makes perfect.
