We can't promise Kate Middleton hair but it's worth a go!
The way around this, according to Matt, is using a dry oil. They "smooth hair without giving you a drowned-rat look".
Cosmetic chemist Ron Robinson backed this theory up explaining that dry oils are a combination of ""the lightest silicones and a lower concentration of oils, diluted with other ingredients, like stabilisers".
It sounds complicated but basically this means they add moisture, smooth flyaways and up the shine factor. All of this without weighing hair down.
*YAY*
