The gym hair trick that will save you SO much time

You may have heard of this hair trick before now or maybe it’s just something you’ve always practiced but if not, it’s definitely one you’ll want to get on board with.

We all know that a deep-conditioning hair treatment is something we should be applying regularly but in fairness, ain’t nobody got time to sit around and wait for it to work.

So, the easiest thing to do here is apply your hair mask before you exercise and tie it up out of your way.

Go do your usual workout and in this scenario, the more you sweat the better because the heat will allow the mask to fully penetrate your locks.

Head for your shower and by the time you step out you’ll have a soft silky mane with minimal effort. Result.
