Take a long bath
Nothing says luxury like filling up the tub with hot water and bubbles, lighting a scented candle, sticking on a few tunes and lying back to enjoy some peace. Better still, it doesn’t cost a thing!
Go off-line
Give your mind a break by turning off your phone, walking away from the computer (and the iPad!) and taking a timeout from technology. You may not realise it but all those beeps, messages, emails are exhausting you!
People watch
Grab a coffee, find somewhere with a view to sit and watch the world go by. Bonus points if the weather is nice enough to sit outside.
Cheeky cocktails
Call your bestie and go for an afternoon cocktail. A good gossip and drinking during the day is the best kind of craic. Bloody Mary for us please!
Curling up with a good book
You, couch, blanket, escaping into a book for an hour – sounds good, doesn’t it?
Have a lie-in
Get some brekkie and a cuppa, bring them back to bed, catch up on the soaps and enjoy the most beautiful morning EVER.

Massage, facial, pedicure…the choice is yours.
