How good is your favourite eye liner?
Does it stay on when you cry? What about when you accidentally rub your eye? Or how about when you suffer quite a serious car accident leaving you in a neck brace in the A&E?
It would want to, to be honest.
It’s no good otherwise, like.
We’ll have to be honest – in all our experiences of decent enough eyeliners, we have yet to come across one that would stay pristine after we’d suffered a car crash.
And yet, apparently such an eyeliner does exist.
According to a woman known only as Bluntredhead, Kat Von D’s Tattoo Liner “didn’t budge” when she was in a car accident, rushed to the emergency room, and even had mascara running down her face.
Bluntredhead was, understandably, quite impressed.
On Kat Von D’s website, she wrote:
“This product is truly amazing. June 28 I was pulled over in my car calling for roadside assistance when a distracted driver hit me going 55mph.
“I was taken via ambulance to the ER where I remained for 8 hours. My mascara was running down my face from crying and all other products had been wiped off in the transfer to the hospital.
“But not my tattoo eyeliner. I am posting a pick to show you, this product lasts and looks amazing through anything. Never buying any other liner again.”
A strong review, you say, but where’s the proof?
