Em Ford is the brains behind YouTube channel My Pale Skin and her latest video carries an inspirational message for anyone who's ever suffered from skin problems.
The beauty vlogger regularly shares posts videos explaining how to apply make-up in a way that conceals acne.
Three months ago, she decided to break the mould and began sharing "no make-up" selfies online which resulted in some nasty comments.
In an effort to respond to the internet bullies, Em made the below video which shows some of the horrible things that were said about her.

Discussing her reasons for creating the video, the beauty blogger wrote a post to accompany it.
In it, she said: "I wanted to create a film that showed how social media can set unrealistic expectations on both women and men.
"One challenge many face today, is that as a society, we're so used to seeing false images of perfection, and comparing ourselves to unrealistic beauty standards that It can be hard to remember the most important thing - You ARE beautiful.
"You are beautiful - no matter how flawed you feel, no matter how upset you may about the way you look or how hard you find it to make friends, or be confident".
