Em Ford is the brains behind YouTube channel My Pale Skin and her latest video carries an inspirational message for anyone who's ever suffered from skin problems. The beauty vlogger regularly shares posts videos explaining how to apply make-up in a way that conceals acne. Three months ago, she decided to break the mould and began sharing "no make-up" selfies online which resulted in some nasty comments.
