If you’ve got big dreams to be your own boss, then we’ve some exciting news for you.
The AIB Start-Up Academy, in association with The Irish Times, are friendly networking events giving budding entrepreneurs the chance to grab someone to get the low-down on setting up their own business.
Whether it’s pitching your idea to some of Ireland’s most talented entrepreneurs, or working out your next steps to global domination, the nationwide events are the perfect stepping stone to success.
From Dublin to Sligo, and Athlone to Killarney, we got to grips with hopeful attendees packing out every evening, and got chatting to some talented Zuckerbergs in the making.
Tonight, the AIB Start-up Academy returns to Dublin in The Sugar Club and it’s set to feature elevator pitches from new start-ups, talks by established entrepreneurs and, as we said above, great networking opportunities for those who head along.
Speakers on the night will include Brody Sweeney from Camile Thai Kitchen and David Mc Kernan, founder & CEO at Java Republic.
Thursday’s AIB Start-up Academy is sold out, but make sure to keep an eye out on Her.ie and the EventBrite website to find out when and where the next event will take place.
If you’re starting up your own business, this is an event you WON’T want to miss.
