High school senior Chloe Raynaud had an interesting solution when she didn’t have a date for her recent prom.
It was just two weeks before the big event, and without a date, she started to brainstorm about who the perfect man would be.
Obviously, she landed on Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders.
“Prom asking was really not going my way, so 2 weeks before I was thinking about who would make a good prom date. I really identify with Bernie’s political views so I went for it!”
As the 74-year-old is quite busy trying to eliminate Hillary Clinton from the presidential race, Chloe had to settle for purchasing a cardboard cutout of the wonderful angel man online.

“During the slow dance I brought him out to dance with him and everyone started laughing. Then my friends made him crowd surf.”
I asked her why she thinks Senator Sanders is such a hit with millennial voters:
“He wants to do something to better our world. He doesn’t follow the system, in the right way. Anti-fracking, pro-free college, and breaking down the wealth are all things that looking forward, our society needs. He is fearless and young people today are ready for change.”
Nobody from Bernie’s team has been in touch yet, but we hope that she gets to meet him someday.
