It was the engagement that fans had been waiting for and it was finally confirmed last week that Dan Osborne had popped the question to girlfriend Jacqueline Jossa.
The couple, who have been together for two years and have baby daughter Ella together, are said to be over the moon with their engagement.
Speaking to Now magazine, Dan revealed all the details of the big proposal.
The couple pictured together in May.
“I’m so happy. It was unbelievable,” he gushed. “We had such a brilliant holiday. The whole family were out in Greece for Jacqueline’s sister Katrina’s wedding which was wonderful.
“And what a way to end it!” he added.
“I wanted to do it [propose] in front of Jacqui’s friends and family because I know how much they mean to her.”
The pair have a baby daughter Ella.
“I needed to get everyone into the lobby at the same time to see the proposal, so Katrina pretended that the owner of the hotel had invited everyone for drinks,” he told Now.
“There was a balcony that overlooked the sea so we stood there drinking champagne. I had a huge banner made with ‘Will you marry me?’ written across it which had been attached to a sailing boat owned by the hotel.”
The proposal was very cute!
“I said: ‘Oh, look at that boat,’ and when Jacqueline turned around, I was down on one knee with the ring. Jacqueline didn’t realise the boat was for her.
“She covered her face with her hands, she couldn’t believe it,” he added.
Aw, too cute.
