Grey's Anatomy's Camilla Ludington has announced she's engaged to 13 Reasons Why's Matthew Alan. The 34-year-old, who is best known for her role as Jo Wilson on the medical drama, shared their happy news on Instagram, revealing the first look at her stunning ring. The couple quietly got engaged over the holiday, before confirming the news earlier this week. She captioned the photo series:

“Sooo this happened on New Year’s Eve. I’m not sure I even let Matt get through his proposal before I started yelling YES YES YES!! "Of course it was a yes! Also… Hayden approves.. ;).”
