Pictures surfaced this weekend of a rather gaunt Johnny Depp, which understandably sparked concern among his fans. Photos of him were uploaded online from Berlin, where he looked "pale and tired," however, sources say that he is happy and healthy. A source close to the band told The Hollywood Reporter: "Johnny is having a great time on the tour playing with the guys," and that "there is no reason to be concerned." The Pirates of the Caribbean actor is currently touring around Europe with his band Hollywood Vampires, and dyed his hair white just before they flew away, which could be the reason he looks so different.   However, it hasn't been a great time for the star as last month, his former bodyguards filed a lawsuit saying that he didn't pay them and provided "unsafe working conditions." The lawsuit said: "Often times Plantiffs were forced to protect Defendant Depp from himself and his vices while in public, becoming caretakers for him. "An incident at a local nightclub involved Plantiffs alerting Depp of illegal substances visible on his face and person while preventing onlookers from seeing Depp's condition." They stated though, that they have "no ill will towards Johnny."
