Garron Noone leaves fans confused as he claims to be American

TikTok star Garron Noone has left fans baffled.

The TikTok star has recently made a video impersonating an American father disciplining his son, and hundreds of viewers were left baffled by his amazing American accent.

The comedian used the confusion to joke with his audience, telling them he is actually American and that Garron was a character he made up for social media.

One user asked Garron: "How did your American accent get so good?"

The Mayo man replied: "So a lot of people don’t seem to know this if they haven’t been on my page a long time, but Garron is a character that I developed, I think it was around 2020.

"I just had this idea for just this humble West of Ireland guy, you know? He’s angry about everything….I just thought he was this unlikely character, and I just really connected with the idea," he continued to joke in his American accent.

While many of his Irish followers seemed to get the joke, it seems some of his American followers took him seriously.

Confused fans have fled to the comments of the video, which now has 1.5 million views.

One user wrote: "right.. now my brain hurts because I don't know if you're American or Irish."

"I assume this is a joke...... right?" said another.

Another TikTok user added: "Now I'm confused, which version is the real you?"
