Julia Roberts has joined Instagram and we adore her first post.
There’s nothing major to it – it’s just her smiling, wearing a jumper with ‘love’ written on the front, and the caption is simply ‘Hello’. It has already gotten more than 104,000 likes, though.
However, after Pretty Woman was aired on RTÉ the other night, we will admit that we’re on a little Julia Roberts buzz at the moment.
Her bio on Instagram is ‘human’ and she has already amassed 284 million followers. As you do.
This is the first public social media account for the usually shy actress, who does not have Twitter or Facebook. However, she had not commented on why she wants to join the site.
Many believe it may be for a new movie role or campaign, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
Back in 2016, Julia said that she would not join the site because she prefers to ‘unplug’ when she gets home. “I would just be looking at it all the time,”
