Kardashian family pay tribute after manager Angela Kukawski found dead

Her boyfriend, Jason Barker, has since been arrested on suspicion of murder.

A number of stars have paid tribute to Hollywood business manager Angela Kukawski after she was found dead earlier this week.

CNN reports that Ms Kukawski went missing on 22 December from Sherman Oaks in California. The Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Bureau Homicide Division confirmed that her body was found inside her vehicle earlier this week. She was 55-years-old.

Authorities have arrested the business manager’s boyfriend, Jason Barker, on suspicion of her murder. He remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in court on 12 January. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s website, his bail has been set at over $3 million.

Angela was employed by Boulevard Management, which is located in Woodland Hills, California. She had numerous celebrity clients, many of whom have since paid tribute to her.

In a statement, the Kardashian-Jenner family said: “Angela was truly the best. She cared about every one of us and made things happen that were impossible. She will be greatly missed and we send our sincere condolences to her family and loved ones during this most difficult time.”

Nicki Minaj, another client, paid tribute to Angela on her own Instagram story.

The musician wrote: “Hardest working, most reliable, sweetest person you could ever know. You didn’t deserve this Angela. My heart is breaking for your children. Rest in peace.”

Rapper Offset also took to his Instagram story to pay tribute to his former business manager.

He said: “R.I.P Angie such a sweetheart you helped me so much. Talked to you every week I’m in disbelieve (sic) SMH prayer to your soul.”

Boulevard Management also paid tribute to Angela.

In a statement issued to Variety, they said: “We are saddened and heartbroken by the loss of our colleague, Angie Kukawski.

“Angie was a kind, wonderful person, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Our deepest condolences go out to all of Angie’s family and friends.”
