PICS: Richard Branson catches employee sleeping on the job and his reaction is glorious

It's the dreaded nightmare - falling asleep at work.

Between getting up for early mornings or staying late for a night shift, many of us are stifling yawns and slurping coffee for dear life when we're at work. Unfortunately, it's happened to me once or twice before but luckily I woke up in time to face the music. One employee in Australia has our sympathy as he was not only sleeping when the boss called but the boss then took the absolute piss out of him. The founder of Virgin, Richard Branson was making a routine call to the office when he noticed one employee having a snooze on his watch. In a blog post, Branson told of how he uncovered employee, Brandon catching a few z's without knowing the boss was visiting the Sydney airport.

"This guy wasn’t up to much at all – I caught him sleeping on the job! Wow, did he get a shock when I woke him up. "He must have thought he was dreaming because he went straight back to sleep."

After Branson woke the sleepy employee, the pair and indeed the whole office had a good giggle at Brandon's unfortunate situation. POOR BRANDON! Hopefully, after he got over the mortification of sleeping in front of the boss he got himself a good sleep.
