Despite a bonkers family and a wave of media interest, Meghan Markle has slipped into her royal role with dignity. Honestly, I don't know how she does it! Despite having traveled alone with The Queen and heading on a number of engagements - there's one royal tradition Meghan has not yet been through. Meghan Markle is yet to become a patron to her chosen charities. Now, Meghan is a joint patron, along with her husband, for the Royal Foundation - but does not have one of her own yet. Y THO? Nothing strange of cynical here lads, Meghan just hasn't chosen a charity to align with yet. Apparently it took Kate Middleton nine months to announce her patronages after she got married. In January 2012, Kate formally accepted honorary positions with Action on Addiction, East Anglia's Children's Hospices, the Art Room and the National Portrait Gallery. A nice mix there, hun. It is expected that Meghan will choose charities that align with her personal interests. Meghan is a major advocate for gender equality, clean water and various other humanitarian causes. Any charity would be lucky to have her.
