Now, Meghan is a joint patron, along with her husband, for the Royal Foundation – but does not have one of her own yet.

Apparently it took Kate Middleton nine months to announce her patronages after she got married.
In January 2012, Kate formally accepted honorary positions with Action on Addiction, East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices, the Art Room and the National Portrait Gallery.
A nice mix there, hun.
It is expected that Meghan will choose charities that align with her personal interests.
Meghan is a major advocate for gender equality, clean water and various other humanitarian causes.
Any charity would be lucky to have her.
