Kate Middleton celebrated her birthday last weekend.
The Duchess of Cambridge celebrated her 37th birthday on January 9, and according to sources, had an intimate dinner to celebrate the weekend before.
A few close friends of Kate attended the dinner – including Sophie Carter (godmother to Princess Charlotte), her husband Robert Snuggs, Emilia Jardine-Paterson (godmother to Prince George) and her husband David.
Lady Laura Meade – who was announced as godmother to Prince Louis in July 2018 – was also in attendance at Anmer Hall to celebrate the special day.
However, noticeably absent was her husband Prince William – who had a special event to attend to – and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Since nobody knew that Harry and Meghan were up to, a lot of speculation grew around the apparent feud between Meghan and Kate – but according to Mail Online, Harry and Meghan went on a secret holiday after spending all of Christmas with the royal family.
Where they jetted off to has not been confirmed, but we can’t really blame them for wanting to get away.
