It's been a while since we've heard anything from Selena Gomez. She took some time out last year and completed a mental health treatment program.
Her health began to deteriorate following her kidney transplant due to her struggle with Lupus in 2017.
Gomez checked into the
LA facility in October, announcing that she was going to take a break from social media to "live my life to the present moment I have been given."
After four months, she broke that silence last week saying that she is "proud of the person I am becoming" and that she's looking forward to the year ahead.
She also said she had a few exciting projects coming up and it looks like the first one is music.
According to singer Julia Michaels, her next EP,
Inner Monologue Part I, will feature a song with Selena called Anxiety.
Literally only the name of the song has been announced but Selena has always been quite open about her health struggles, which includes bouts of anxiety.
The music is coming out in 6 days time, so watch this space.
