We’re not sure what to make of this!
While the One Direction fandom remain in a state of disbelief this week about the news that band member Louis Tomlinson is about to become a dad for the first time, betting company Betfair are in no doubt that the reports are in fact true.
As a result, they are now offering odds on what name could be bestowed on the baby.
“This news is stratospheric given that the baby will officially be the very first descendant of One Direction,” said Cormac Dowling of Befair.
“The boys are pop royalty and all eyes will be on what Louis Tomlinson and Briana Jungwirth will name their first born.”
“We make it 12/1 that the baby will be named after Louis’ mother, Johannah, and 14/1 that it will be named after both himself and his mentor Louis.
“Of all his band mates, Niall is the favourite to provide the namesake at 20/1,” he continued.
“For anyone expecting the pair to follow in the footsteps of Kimye and name their child after their favourite direction, it is 50/1 that the baby will be called One.”
How brilliant would that be!!
