Tommy Bowe Just Melted Our Hearts Talking About Proposing To His Wife

Tommy Bowe was a guest on The Ray Darcy Show last night and one of the topics of conversation was his recent marriage to Lucy Whitehouse. The couple married in June and the rugby player revealed that proposing to his other half was one of the most nerve-wracking moments of his life. Describing it as awkward and extremely unromantic, the 31-year-old said that they went to a beach in South Wales, where Lucy is from.

One of the couple's honeymoon snaps... “Unfortunately, it was very sunny that day so of course the beach was bloody packed so I was trying to drag her to somewhere. “We found a quiet spot and thankfully she said yes and we got married in the summer so all good. But it was probably the most awkward moment of my life" said the sports star. It might have been unromantic but we're sure it's a moment the couple will remember forever all the same.
