A spanner in the works: O' Leary's mouth tends to run him into trouble.
When discussing his belief on family life, the father of four called himself a "neanderthal", stating that men should not be present at the time of child birth.
"Fathers who feign interest at that stage are making it up. We sow the seed, women have the babies and after that we provide."
In the profile interview O' Leary said that he wasn't against mothers in the workforce, however suggested that if women had the choice to stop working after giving birth, they would.
Quite the neanderthal, O' Leary monkeys around.
The controversial boss continued by claiming that the UK was "leaning over far too much" for minority religions and that burkas should be forbidden.
"I think we should ban burkas here in the UK. If you go to Saudi Arabia and they say the ladies have to veil up, you respect the local culture. Over here we are leaning over far too much for some of these minority religions."
The remarks were made after it emerged that British police lost track of terror suspect, Mohammad Ahemd Mohamed, due to the man leaving a mosque donning a burka, the traditional Muslim female garment that covers the entire face.
