The royal family are sure to be celebrating as it has just been revealed that Zara Tindall is pregnant with her third child.
Zara and her husband Mike, who married in 2011, also have two daughters, Mia, six, and Lena, two.

Zara and Mike announced the news in quite an unconventional way for royals.
Rather than have a big announcement made by the royal family’s press team, the daughter of Princess Anne and former England rugby captain made the announcement during Mike’s podcast The Good, The Bad & The Rugby.

According to Sky News a palace spokesman said the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh are delighted by their granddaughter’s pregnancy.
During the podcast pregnancy reveal, Mike joked that they won’t be giving their new baby any 2020 Covid inspired names.
The couple say they are keeping details of the pregnancy, including the due date, close to their chests and that at the moment not even their other children know.

Zara has been very vocal in the past about the miscarriages she has suffered. Speaking about the difficulties they’ve had conceiving her husband said: “Z is very good, always careful because of things that have happened in the past, and really looking forward to it.”
