Ant & Dec took a pop at British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Tuesday night's episode of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!
The comedy duo have always been pretty good at dropping in topical jokes to their opening monologue and links between clips - the 'Evening, Prime Minister' gag has been a staple for many seasons now - but this time around the PM has pretty much did the work for them.

In the above clip, Ant draws attention to the increasingly transparent lies told by the government over the Christmas party scandal, but Dec delivers his classic line with a caveat and what many will hope is now a foregone conclusion: "Evening, Prime Minister - for now!"
The fallout from the footage revealing politicians laughing and joking about having held a Christmas party is still reverberating across the UK, as people are rightly incensed that the very arbiters of the law and Covid guidelines over last year's festive period flagrantly flouted those laws while everyone else had to sacrifice seeing families.
Social media is awash with people recounting their Covid stories last Christmas, speaking of family members that they couldn't be with before they passed away and frontline workers toiling under crucial circumstances. Meanwhile, the Tories and it would seem numerous members of the media enjoyed wine and cheese, party games, and Secret Santa.
At the moment, the government is still yet to admit that the apparent party did actually take place.
