They will not be returning for another season.

The Baggs family have announced their decision to leave Channel 4’s Gogglebox.

The family, which is comprised of mum Lisa, dad Terry and their sons Joe and George, hail from Essex, and have been part of the show for the past three seasons.

Joe and George shared the news via a joint statement on Instagram.

They wrote: “Hey everyone! Wanted to give you a quick update on the Baggs family.

“After three incredible seasons on Channel 4’s Gogglebox we have taken the decision to leave the show. We have loved every second of being part of the Gogglebox family and it’s truly been the opportunity of a lifetime.”

The brothers continued: “With lots of exciting opportunities approaching for us all, we just couldn’t commit to filming another series but are so grateful for the opportunity.

“Thank you for all of your support whilst we have been on the show and over on TikTok. We hope that you’re as excited as we are for what’s coming next!”

In the comments, many social media users wished them well and said that they were sorry to see them go.

Fellow Gogglebox star Ellie Warner wrote: “All the best to you guys.”

One fan wrote: “Nooooooo!!!! One of my faves from the show. But to be honest you’re more entertaining on TikTok. I hope you guys leaving means there’s a possibility of your own show coming.”

Another wrote: “Nooo!!! Gonna miss you guys. I’ll keep following on TikTok.”

A third wrote: “Good luck to all of you!!! My fave family ever!!”

Another commented: “I’ve absolutely loved watching you all. Your mum’s laugh is just like mine. Will miss seeing you on Gogglebox. All the very best for the future.”

Someone else called for the family to start a show to rival Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

“Bring on Keeping Up With The Baggs,” they wrote.
