The hysterical and genuinely heartwarming film follows Will Ferrell as Buddy the Elf, as he travels to New York City from the North Pole in a bid to meet his father.
Buddy isn't like regular elves though, in that he was born to human parents, meaning that he is essentially a human but the movie is still called Elf.
Whatever.
Buddy accosts his father with sweets, singing, and some sexy lingerie as he attempts to form some sort of relationship with a family he has never met before all the while discovering the true meaning of Christmas.
And also getting with Zooey Deschanel, which is always a plus.
Elf is on ITV at 6pm tonight.
Get hyped.
