The first preview for Station 19 debuted earlier this week - and things are going to be seriously intense from the start.
An extended trailer, serving as the first official look at the series, debuted during Grey's Anatomy on Thursday - and a week after the show (finally) got a name.
The firefighter-centered spin-off will kick off in a two-hour debut on March 22 in the United States.
The 10-episode season will follow the personal and professional lives of firefighters, including Grey Sloan's Dr Ben Warren.
And it looks like even Meredith Grey will be making an appearance in the pilot episode.
The firefighter spinoff will be the second Grey's Anatomy-related series since the medical drama first premiered in 2005.
It will follow in the footsteps of Private Practice, which followed Dr Addison Montgomery Shepherd after she moved away from working in Seattle Grace to a private practice in California.
It ran for six seasons, before wrapping up in 2013.
But Station 19 is the first in the Grey Sloan universe that isn't centred around the lives of medical professionals.
Dr Warren started to make the career switch following the season 13 finale, which saw him jump in to try and rescue Stephanie after an explosion hit Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.
