All Harry Potter movies will be aired on Sky Cinema this Christmas

Rudi Kinsella

Because it’s not really Christmas without a Harry Potter marathon.

Earlier in the week we shared some very bad news. Some very bad news indeed.

It was announced that not one Harry Potter movie is going to be aired on free-to-air TV over the Christmas season. NOT ONE.

And even though they’re not actually Christmas movies, we will forever associate them with this time of year.

Which is why we are extremely relieved that Sky Cinema have announced that they will be airing every single one of the HP flicks across the festive period, starting on 23 December.

NOW TV have also stated that viewers will be able to “watch all eight Harry Potter films on NOW TV, to add a touch of magic to your festive break. Add boost to your Sky Cinema pass to enjoy the series in full UHD.”

So there are ways around getting to see the Harry Potter movies this Christmas, even if you have already seen them a billion times.

Now if you’ll excuse us, we’ll be spending our time counting down the days until we see the magical world of Hogwarts on our screens once again.
