Is Holly Willoughby replacing Ant McPartlin on I’m a Celeb next season?

Is she going into the jungle?

The rumour mill has gone into overdrive on this one.

As Ant McPartlin is currently in rehab battling his addiction to prescription drugs, ITV has said they are giving the TV star as much time off as he needs, reportedly offering him a year’s sabbatical to aid his recovery.

Questions have since been raised about who would stand in to help Declan Donnelly present the next season of I’m a Celebrity.

The favourite? ITV’s golden child, Holly Willoughby.

Yes, the This Morning host was rumoured to be ITV’s top choice for the gig which kicks off in November.

I’m a Celeb is ITV’s biggest show of the year, so they’re keen to get a plan in place should Ant want to continue his down time,” a source told The Sun.

“Holly is the number one choice, she’s the nation’s favourite and already a huge fan of the show.”

However, the rumours have since been debunked by Holly’s representatives who call the claims “complete nonsense”.

Other names linked to the role are Caroline Flack, Keith Lemon, Mark Wright and Scarlett Moffatt.

Looks like we’ll be waiting another while to get confirmation on this one.
