The house from 10 Things I Hate About You is for sale

It looks the exact same.

Take a look inside.

10 Things I Hate About You may be almost 20 years old, but we’d still happily watch it any night of the week. And now, for the first time since the movie was released, the main house, where the Stratford sisters lived, is up for sale in real life.

For a cool $1,600,000, the house includes two living rooms, a basement bar, a sweeping staircase and the iconic front porch as seen in the movie.

Usually, movies use exterior shots of houses and then film the rest of the internal scenes from a Hollywood studio, but this house was also used for internal shots, with the staircase featuring in one of the most memorable scenes – prom night.

It even still has the same rug from the movie.

The house was particularly iconic because of its external porch feature, which was used in pivotal scenes with Heath Ledger, and where the old sister Kat used to read a lot.

Kat also spent time reading in the living room, which has stayed the same since the movie was shot.

The rest of the house boasts large bedrooms, bathrooms and the underground bar.

It’s for sale through Jeff Jenson Homes, who describes the house as:

“This ICONIC and Hollywood famous home is on the market for the first time in over 30 yrs. Made Movie famous from the 99′ romantic comedy, 10 Things I Hate about you, this Victorian home epitomizes gracious and formal living.

Remarkable attention to detail with original woodwork, 400 lb solid oak pocket doors and custom inlay hardwood floors. Built for entertaining and living large, this home sits proudly atop the popular Old Tacoma waterfront and neighborhood community.”
