Ah, stop.
It's day three in the Australian jungle and, unsurprisingly, lots of things have happened.
People have jumped out of planes, had gunk thrown all over them, and had a late-night rendezvous with a couple of snakes.
Another thing that's also happened is Anne Hegerty winning the hearts of
every single person across Ireland and UK.
The Chase's Governess has been open about her experience with Asperger's Syndrome and her struggle with autism, leading to young fans of the show writing her
touching letters thanking her for being so brave.
And last night, it was Nick Knowles' turn to tug at the public's heartstrings - as he offered Anne his pillow when she was struggling to sleep in the camp.

Anne had been finding it tough to deal with the lack of food, uncomfortable beds, and new surroundings. She confided in Nick and told him that she had been experiencing some serious discomfort.
He then decided to give her his pillow - that he had requested for himself before entering the jungle - to help her sleep better.
Sound out, like.
Lots of other people thought so too and they took to Twitter to share their thoughts or bawl crying or whatever.
