Did you spot it?
There were plenty of talking points on last night’s Love Island.
From the shocking reunion of Ekin-Su and Davide to Danica taking rejection like an absolute champ, the episode was eventful to say the least.
In the midst of the drama, however, some eagle-eyed fans picked up on a hilarious moment in which two Damis appeared on screen.
In the shot, we see the Irish lad chatting with the lads around the fire-pit, and as the camera switches angle, he remains on screen, but in the foreground we see him walking away with some of the girls.
The error is unmistakable. While the foreground shot doesn’t show Dami’s face, the figure is wearing the exact same shirt, meaning that the Love Island editors, for some reason, spliced the two shots together.
One fan, Andrew Campbell noticed the blunder and shared a video to Twitter, writing: “Shameless Love Island post, but why is there two Dami’s [sic] on the screen…”

Another fan joked in response: “There were so many islanders asking him for advice that he split himself into two to accommodate.”
In the most recent recoupling, Indiyah picked Dami to recouple up with. While the two were initially paired up with different islanders at the start of the season, they’ve been getting to know each other better over the past few weeks and appear to be going strong. In her speech, Indiyah said that their relationship sometimes feels “too good to be true”, but that she wants that feeling to last “forever”.
Elsewhere in the recoupling, Danica selected Jay as the boy she’d like to couple up with, which made Antigone pick Charlie. Paige selected Jacques, Tasha chose Andrew and Gemma coupled up with Luca.
