Montana Brown reveals shocking weight loss from Celebrity Island on Instagram

Montana Brown has shown off the huge weight loss she experienced after appearing on Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls. The reality star was on the show earlier this year and took to Instagram to show off the huge changes her body went through as a result of the extreme diet the contestants were on during the filming of the show. Montana revealed she lost 13 centimetres around her waist as a result and showed the shocking proof with followers today, saying:

“So for all of you that were like, ‘Eurgh, you look so skinny. Yuck!’ a few months back… it’s because my belly was full of limpet shit and that was probably about it.”

Montana posed naked in the mirror to show followers the results of her experience earlier in the year before thanking her fellow co-stars for the part they played in her time on the show. She later took to Instagram Stories to respond to some of the negative comments she received on the picture, criticising the star for "encouraging eating disorders".

“I’ve got a lot of comments from people saying, ‘I want to look like that’ and ‘how did you achieve that look?’ “Well, basically I was like starving on an island and it wasn’t my choice. So let’s not aspire to look like that it’s very unhealthy.”

The reality star quit the show halfway through filming and called the show the “hardest experience of my life”.
