The FooFighters will headline one of the biggest festivals of the summer it was revealed on Wednesday night.
The hit band announced that they will take to the stage at Glastonbury.
Dave Grohl announced the news at the NME Awards in London on Wednesday night during his acceptance speech after the band were announced as the winners of the Best International Band category.
It has been reported that the FooFighters – who will also play Slane in May of this year – will headline the Friday night of the festival (June 26th) on the main Pyramid Stage.
The last time they played the festival was back in 1998.
