The official trailer for Amazon’s Good Omens is here and it is absolutely epic

It’s one of the most hotly anticipated shows of 2019.

The full length trailer for Amazon Prime’s Good Omens is finally here – and we couldn’t be more excited.

Based on the best selling novel of the same name by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, the story begins in the pre-apocalyptic 2018.

Aziraphale, an angel, and Crowley, a demon, have formed an unlikely friendship spanning 6,000 years and have grown fond of life on earth.

However, with the end of time growing  near and the approaching Armageddon the pair are forced to join forces to try and find a way to save the world.

Oh, and to find the Antichrist – who someone “seems to have misplaced.”

“Armageddon is days away, and we’ve lost the Anti-Christ,” David Tennant’s Crowley warns, as he tries to convince Aziraphale (Michael Sheen) they need to team up.

The miniseries features a star-studded cast, including Jon Hamm, Miranda Richardson, Nick Offerman, Mark Gattis and Frances McDormand.

And while the trailer doesn’t give away too much else, it does show the Four Horsemen Motorcyclists of the Apocalypse: War, Famine, Death and Pollution.

There’s even a brief glimpse of the ‘400-foot high’ animated Satan, who is going to be voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch.

The series begins on Amazon Prime on May 31. The BBC will broadcast it later this year.
