The Lion King is always a popular choice when it comes to favourite Disney movies and that’s why the news of another sequel makes this the BEST DAY EVER.
2016 will see us reunited with Simba, Nala, Timon, Pumba and company as The Lion King: The Return of the Roar premieres on Disney Junior.
A statement from Disney said the TV movie will follow: “Kion, the second-born cub of Simba and Nala, as he assumes the role of leader of the Lion Guard, a team of animals tasked with preserving the Pride Lands”.
Rob Lowe replaces Matthew Broderick as the voice of Simba, Ernie Sabella is set to reprise his role as Pumbaa, Gabrielle Union will take on the role of Nala and Max Charles is going to play Kion.
