Anna Kendrick gave the best response to a reporter who asked her whether she wanted kids

Cassie Delaney

Anna Kendrick is an all-round hero.

If you don’t follow her on Twitter, you’re missing out on some pretty decent one-liners and ramblings.

The 31-year-old actress has just released a book of personal essays called Scrappy Little Nobody and it she has detailed some hilarious personal experiences.

In the book, Kendrick talks about, you know, reproduction and says: “I will always feel children aren’t for me.”

This seems like a pretty definitive thing so when an E! News reporter asked her about it, Kendrick explained further.

“You know, if I have kids, it’s just another kid that your kid is going to have to fight when the water wars come,” she said.

And then explaining even further continued:

“The zombie apocalypse is coming, and with my genes I don’t think [my children] would really last.”

“I’m worried about upper body strength, coordination. These are not things that I would pass on. So, you know. [My kids] are just going to be food,” concluded the Pitch Perfect star.

So yeah, if that doesn’t clear things up, nothing will.
