It may be the summer but UK Toy Shop Hamleys has already predicted the top toys for Christmas 2012.

Although July might seem a bit premature the Toy Shop Monster is already preparing for the next holiday season.

This Christmas Santa is predicted to be leaving revamped classics such as Mickey Mouse and Barbie underneath the tree but Moshi Monsters is expected to steal the show.

As you moms will know, Moshi Monsters have been at the top of every wish list in recent months as Irish children continue to obsess over the brand’s series of virtual pet-keeping games.

Hamleys also predict that the Razor Bella Pocket Mod Scooter will be an extremely popular present this December. The electric scooter is reminiscent of the classic Vespa and reaches speeds of up to twelve kilometers per hour.

We are particularly excited about Barbie’s refurbished Dream House. The blonde beauty has revamped the nineties mansion from our childhood and installed a glamorous pink chandelier and even telescope for whale watching.

Meanwhile, Master Moves Mickey Mouse can really bust a move and we can imagine he will be a scream at six o’clock on Christmas morning!

Christmas is our favourite time of year but we think it is way to early to be stressing over Santa’s scheduled appearance, which is still six months away.
