How famous is your four-year-old?

Unless he's Theo Horan or a member of a royal family somewhere, probably not very. Until today, we were aware that Niall Horan had a nephew called Theo. We knew that Niall sometimes took adorable pictures with Theo. But we did not know that Theo was famous on Twitter. Or that he had a massive 754,000 followers on the social media platform. According to his bio, the page is actually run by Denise Horan, or "Theo's mammy."
