A man has been arrested in England after handing out goodie bags filled with cocaine to unsuspecting trick-or-treaters.
Parents were shocked when their children arrived home with a mountain of treats including a bag containing a large amount of the A class drug.
The bags were taken by police and examined before being confirmed as cocaine.
