Mother’s Day is approaching in the States, but instead of being showered with gifts and breakfast in bed, Britney Spears has written a touching letter to her young sons instead.
“To Jayden and Preston” she writes in TIME.
“You are my masterpieces. From the day I saw the most precious eyes, I believed in miracles to the core. Such a gift God has given me, exploring in you beautiful worlds every day.”
Spears gave birth to her sons in 2005 and 2006 with ex husband Kevin Federline. The boys often feature on her Instagram feed and on her social media.
In the letter Spears talks about God and prays the boys always follow their “inner voice.”
“Always believe in yourself and know anything is possible” she writes.
Spears continue to offer her sons advice on staying true to themselves.
“I pray dreaming awakens your soul to limitless possibilities. I hope the most precious mysteries of life stay with you always and you are never ashamed of how bright your light truly is.”
