Nothing can take away that pain, but one thoughtful vet made a special effort to help one bereaved family through the hard time.
Reddit user ‘What_fun_that_was’ recently received this note from their vet after they had to put down their 10-year old dog. The family pooch had be to put down after they discovered a very aggressive and painful form of cancer.
The sweet note included a poem, with a paw imprint of their now deceased dog,
After receiving the poem, the Reddit user said:
“It was kind of a shock at first, but that paw print will be treasured.”
