Are you ready for a crazy news story? Two sets of identical twins have been delivered on the same day by a woman from the United States.
Yes, two separate sets of twins. Which means this lady had four babies on the same day. Someone needs to get that woman a cup of tea pronto!
According to reports, the four brothers were delivered by a Caesarean section at 31 weeks and as each set of twins shared one placenta, they can’t be classed as quadruplets.
Tress and Manuel Montalvo Jr, the parents of these bouncing baby boys, already have a two-year-old son. The couple have said that they simply wanted to give their son a brother or a sister and did not use any kind of fertility drugs. Clearly they ended up getting a hell of a lot more than they bargained for...
“We planned the pregnancy – I guess we just succeeded a little too much!” said Tressa, speaking to Reuters.

Despite their five children, the couple still want to try for a daughter in the future
Tressa was told at her 10-week scan that she would be having twins. However, at her next scan, the doctor discovered another heartbeat. And another. The doctor then confirmed that she was expecting four babies.
Ace and Blaine were born on Valentine’s Day at 8:51am. Cash and Dylan came along a minute later. All the babies weighed under four pounds but they’re thriving and doing well.
“We tried to stick to the A-B-C-D theme when naming them,” said Tressa.
“We didn’t expect it, we were trying for just one and we were blessed with four,” she added.
The odds of conceiving two sets of identical twins naturally are one in 70million. The couple have also revealed that despite their new family, they still want to have a daughter together in the future.
