Eatyard are bringing a month long event to Dublin and it sounds absolutely deadly

We’ll see you there, so.

Dublin’s Eatyard is set to kick off a month-long collaboration this week and it sounds absolutely deadly.

Beginning on Thursday, April 12, the popular street food hotspot will be taken over by Jameson to celebrate the launch their Caskmates IPA edition.

The Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition was introduced following the success of the Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition.

It combines the signature smooth flavours of Jameson with light hints of hops, fresh citrus and floral notes of IPA.

And the collaboration between Eatyard and Jameson means there’s a month tastings, talks and activities – including beer and whiskey pairings, as well as Hop Up sessions with beer enthusiasts – for people to enjoy.

And the menu will make your mouth water.

Each one of the vendors will be creating a special dish for the event, using the new Jameson as one of the key ingredients.

The inventive (and delicious sounding) menu includes things from Box Burger,  Just Wing It, bespoke cake creator The Flour Artist, Blue Hare and Kinara Kitchen.

The Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition bar will also be serving up three different versions of their newest spirit.

Eatyard visitors will be able to enjoy the whiskey neat; pair it with a Brewtonic brew to boost the IPA characteristics of the whiskey; or try the Jameson Caskmates & Tonic, which is served with a twist of lemon.
